It is only possible to use FedEx in shipcloud if you have your own FedEx account. After setting up your account in shipcloud, you can continue to send shipments under your existing FedEx terms and conditions. This service is currently only available within Germany.
If you would like to use your existing FedEx account in shipcloud, please contact email@example.com. Once activated, FedEx will appear in your shipcloud WebUI under "Configurations" -> "Carriers" -> "FedEx". All you have to do then is enter your account number, key, meter number, and password. It’s possible to create and print return labels using your existing FedEx account.
When shipping to non-EU countries, please remember to complete the relevant customs documents, e.g., pro forma or commercial invoice. As we do not currently support customs/tax formalities and the associated documentation, you will have to clear your shipments directly. Please follow the guidelines provided by FedEx and contact the carrier directly if you have any queries.
