Charges for UPS shipping labels are based on the respective billable weight and the selected shipping method: UPS Standard, UPS Express / Express (1 Day Early) or UPS Express Saver / Express (1 Day).
Use this option for fast, reliable delivery of non-time-critical shipments within 1-2 days to virtually every address in Germany or within a maximum of 5 days to any address in Europe.
UPS Express offers reliable delivery on the next working day before 10:30 in Germany or 12:00 across Europe. UPS Express is the ideal choice for urgent shipments with guaranteed morning delivery. We can also offer special UPS Express rates that are particularly attractive on international shipments.
UPS Express Saver offers scheduled delivery on the next working day across the whole of Europe as well as high-speed delivery anywhere in the world.
Please note that UPS reserves the right to impose surcharges, e.g., for address correction, manual sorting, island delivery, and fuel. A surcharge may also be imposed if the parcel dimensions or weight do not correspond with those specified in shipcloud. UPS also imposes surcharges for additional handling as well as large or oversized packages and pallets.

UPS is available to use under shipcloud’s terms and conditions for business customers as soon as you register with shipcloud. Every UPS shipment you send through shipcloud is insured nationally and internationally up to €500. You can either deposit your shipments at your nearest UPS location or request collection from your premises. Please note that there may be a charge for this service based on the number of items in each collection order. shipcloud supports international shipping from Germany to all countries within the EU. Charges for UPS shipping labels are based on the following maximum weight categories: 2 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, and 31.5 kg. Under shipcloud’s terms and conditions with UPS, the maximum shipment weight is 31.5 kg. Please also note that it is only possible at present to create return labels for UPS shipments through the shipcloud API.
If you already have your own UPS account, you can also use it in shipcloud under your existing terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will include transport insurance, (regular) collection/deposit at UPS locations, and international shipping (including outside the EU).
If you would like to use your existing UPS account in shipcloud, please contact email@example.com. Once activated, UPS will appear in your shipcloud WebUI under "Configurations" -> "Carriers" -> "UPS". All you have to do then is enter the following details:

The account details required for UPS Standard can also be used for UPS Express / Express (1 Day Early) and UPS Express Saver / Express (1 Day), i.e., once you have configured UPS Standard in shipcloud, you can also use UPS Express.
At present it is only possible to create return labels for UPS through the shipcloud API and using your own UPS account.
When shipping to non-EU countries, please remember to complete the relevant customs documents, e.g., pro forma or commercial invoice. In addition, UPS requires a description of the shipment contents. As we do not currently support customs/tax formalities and the associated documentation, you will have to clear your shipments directly. This is also the case if you send shipments exclusively through shipcloud, i.e., if you do not have your own UPS account. Please follow the guidelines provided by UPS and contact the carrier directly if you have any queries.
